    The good thingsMost of the colleague are nice, pleasant people to work with.
    The challengesWork place is far from MRT and most of the colleague are PR. Employee benefits and resources allocated are minimal. Expect long working hours and frequent overtime work.

No clear path for career advancements. Clueless managers that do not know what is going on. Prefer external talent over internal promotion

    The good thingsI've worked at M1 Shop for 2years. And it was a great start/experience for me, as I'm a foreigner. We had teamworks, a lot of teamworks, they provided me good benefits/compensation, incentives/perks, on-time salary and most specially, they treated me as their family.

    The good thingsWelcoming environment and easily approachable managers and colleagues. Office and toilets are clean. Fair treatment and allows breaks when going for restrooms or some personal space for awhile.

    The good thingsThe managers had always tried to reach out with their team. Team work is the most popular motto in every shop. Giving incentives to staff. They always have the events in the shop that make the staff to work hard and play harder. The best thing about M1, is their managers who always bring up the moral of every sales staff. Having a good manager will make staff to stay longer.
    The challengesDuring launching of popular of phones, staff tends to work longer hours but managers are always there supporting each and everyone of us, boosting our energy and keep making laughter at the back door. It is indeed challenging but people around you will make it easy.
