    Company Review
The good thingsThe company encourage us to have life work balance as they give the employee an 8 hours of work per day 5 times a week. Also, I'dd like to thank the company for the good benefits, thought compare to other company our salary here is that to high, they give us the good benefits such as health card for me and for my dependents, transportation allowance, meal allowance, and communication allowance.
The challengesThe challenges that I have working here in Maersk is that the distance from home to work, since the company transfer from Ortigas to Pasig most of the the employee have the difficulties in coming to office because of the additional time and additional cost in our daily expenses, plus the unpredictable traffic will bring difficulties to the employee.

    Excting Place to Work
The good thingsIf I'm going to describe my experience with Maersk, I can say that it was memorable and I always recommend Maersk to other people. They are taking good care of their people by providing a good salary package plus the benefits such as HMO, medical reimbursements, company outreach programs, family events, monitoring the health of their employees, sports fest, team building, seminars and trainings.
The challengesThe challenges that I can only remember was when the company went through the recession stage in 2009 but the company was able to manage it. We have experience the compressed of work hours.
