This is the company you want to exercise your career goals as Management is supportive and will explore it with you.
The good thingsManagement is supportive and pushes you to think out of the box. Colleagues are very supportive and fun to work with.
The challengesbec of its start up phase, office set up is not the ideal. People come and go and those who stayed covered the gap, whilst accepting the challenges of continuing the company's growth forward.

This role is not for everyone. It requires dedication, resilience, and a willingness to go above and beyond. However, if you are looking for a place where your efforts are recognized, where you can have substantial freedom to execute your ideas, and where you can grow professionally, this could be the right fit for you.
The good things1. Path to Ownership and Recognition: While the initial promises for salary might be on the lower side, there are significant opportunities for growth. If you prove yourself, you will see your efforts recognized. The company believes in rewarding dedication and results, and there is room for substantial growth. 2. Supportive Leadership Post-Proof: The CEOs can be great to work with once you have demonstrated your capabilities. They are approachable and supportive, valuing the contributions of their team members. Earning their trust opens up a positive and collaborative working relationship. 3. Autonomy in Your Role: One of the standout aspects of this job is the freedom to manage your work as long as you can prove and execute your ideas effectively. There is a high level of trust placed in you to do what you do best, which can be incredibly empowering. 4. Flexible Work Environment: Working from home is a significant perk. This flexibility allows for a comfortable and convenient work-life balance, even though the hours can be demanding.
The challenges1. Demanding Work Hours: Work-life balance is challenging here. Expect to work beyond regular office hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Public holidays tend to have lighter workloads, but they are still workdays. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and don't mind the extended hours, this could be a good fit for you. 2. Continuous Performance Evaluation: The company's high-performance culture means continuous evaluation and the need to consistently demonstrate your value. This can be stressful but also pushes you to grow and excel in your role.

An exceptional workplace that prioritizes employee well-being, career growth, and work-life balance: Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fulfilling and rewarding career
The good thingsI have been working at MaNaDr Mobile Health for over three years, and it has been an incredible experience. The work environment is fantastic, and the company truly values its employees. The management team is supportive, approachable, and genuinely cares about the well-being and growth of each employee. One of the things I appreciate the most about MaNaDr Mobile Health is the ample opportunities for career development. The company offers various training programs, mentorship opportunities, and promotes from within whenever possible. I have been able to learn and grow professionally, taking on new challenges and responsibilities that have helped me advance in my career. Compensation and benefits package at MaNaDr Mobile Health is excellent: They offer competitive salaries, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and flexible work arrangements. The company also organizes regular team-building activities and social events, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. Work-life balance at MaNaDr Mobile Health is exceptional: The company understands the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and encourages employees to prioritize their well-being. This support has allowed me to excel in my role while also having time for personal pursuits and family.

Join this company if you have nothing to lose. The people here are genuinely great. But most of the great ones don’t stay long. Turnover rates are pretty high. I’ve been here a while and see a lot come and go. If you’re looking for growth. Please do not come over. Save yourself.
The good thingsThe colleagues are supportive and encourage one another to seek better opportunities should you intend to grow.
The challengesManagement has lack of direction. ‘Good’ reviews are being told to be written. Pay is under market value. After IPO, things done seem reactive and not properly planned beforehand.

Startup culture. Move fast, break fast.
The good thingsColleagues are helpful and always willing to lend a hand. There's a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie, which makes coming to work enjoyable.
The challengesThe office space can be a bit cramped, especially during busy periods. Desks are close together, which can be distracting for some employees.
