    An HR Administrator/PA who enjoys challenge seeking opportunity to learn and improve skills.
    The good thingsThere are so many wonderful things about working for the company. My favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge.
    The challengesAs a HR administrator/PA, I think the unexpected problems that arise are simultaneously the best and worst part of the job. There’s this perpetual feeling that something may happen. However, I enjoy the challenge of having to think on my feet as well as the responsibility of keeping everything running smoothly. As much as I don’t want anything to go wrong, I know that I am prepared to resolve any conflict effectively at a moment’s notice.

    The good thingsI really enjoy the pace of my work. I like to stay really busy, and I like the communication with so many people and to the employee. The team atmosphere, and the pace of working in the office makes going to work something to look forward to for me.
    The challengesOf the many things that I enjoyed, I would say that the strategic aspects of my job most energized me. I liked setting concrete performance goals for myself and finding ways to meet them. I similarly enjoyed analyzing markets for trends and identifying when would be the most beneficial time to enter or withdraw from certain funds.
