    Poor and unhealthy management culture.
The good thingsas a salesperson, we enjoy high remuneration in Manulife.
The challengesUnlike other insurance companies, there is no retention or legacy for veteran sales advisor during their older age. you have to continue to do sales in exchange for income with Manulife.

    Stability of a company
The good thingsa company never compromises or abandons its values. Since values embody an organization’s core characteristics, they should relate to the company’s business and become part of its culture, lived from the top to bottom of an organization. This requires a workplace conducive to the values and an explicit values statement.Mission statements, which describe a company’s purpose, values. That is Manulife.
The challengesThe Only thing is, We can not use Phone (even a small phone for emrgency use)
