    Dreadful
    The good thingsYou learn how office department functions etc.
    The challengesToo hectic. Since this logistics company employs service to tons of customers or companies through shipping or transport etc, the documents and workload is insane. To survive here, you need to be at your very best. One mistake and the other deparments will need to compensate.. Overall there are other more relaxed office departments but not here. I suggest you move on if you value freedom.

    The good thingsThis is a family business so there is versatility in work life. Employees are polite and helpful to one other. There's a sense of family oriented atmosphere.
    The challengesPoor management and lack of directions lead to induce stress that incurred on regular basis. Work time is TOO LONG, they don't follow the 44hr work time regulation and yet I'm surprised no one comment... unless your a workaholic or else your better luck someone else with shorter time and better work management.
