    Results oriented company with weak products
    The good thingsColleagues are friendly overall and helpful.
    The challengesResults-oriented. The internal system used is terrible and not user-friendly. Many processes and times are needed before getting something approved from the China headquarters, and this sometimes leads to not closing a deal. For them, employees in Singapore are disposable.

    Low budget for credit team
    The good thingsTo be honest, there is none when company is not able to get people with passion to work in the credit team. The short working hour is the only good thing.
    The challengesThe company should learn to delegate responsibilities instead of relying on the manager to make all the sole decision for risk management. They should hire people with the experience of setting up credit team in Singapore. Unless you pay well, you are not going to get good people.
