Very Low Pay And Trainer Has Bad Skills

The good thingsCommunicating with new customers .. Meeting new people from all walks of life .. Get to learn new skills and techniques .

The challengesA trainer should always be someone with higher standards/experience in teaching and guiding the newbies . But the trainer here are not qualified to be one as their teaching skills is not even professional and unexperienced .
