    University intern as a Training Mechatronics Engineer
    The good things- Molding machine services. Specially check pneumatics wirings and electrical wirings of machines. - Production layout changes to locate machinery for the highest efficiency by using the Lean concept - Work with company R &D team to install wirings and pneumatic lines for new machinery of the department. - Standard Operation Procedures(SOP) Creations for the department. - New machine designing by using Solidworks designing software. - Project to improve the health and safety of the company with a strong employee survey.
    The challengesI was an intern of the company and found a minimum wage for those days.

    The good thingsWas known to the above average instructor. My boss would have kept me empolyed if not for the company's financial problems.I had 7yrs extensions after retirement.Was also instructor for other narrow and widebody engines..Have instructed all RR engines.Was Lae.
    The challengesIf I had RR Trent 900 then would have had the complete family.From RR Dart(turbo-prop),RB211-524,RB211-524GHT,RR Trent 800 . Was a simulator instructor.Conducted OJT. Conducted Type courses,exams and Line Station training.
