    The good thingsWorking at PT Mattel Indonesia is a fairly comfortable place to work because of a conducive work environment, a leader who is able to give good directions to his subordinates, adequate facilities, and the appointment of permanent employees for his employees.
    The challengesthe challenges of working at PT Mattel Indonesia in my opinion are the same as in other companies. we must adapt to the environment and other workers so that we feel comfortable when working without competition, and we must be able to operate machines according to the tasks that have been directed or given by our superiors
