DO NOT join the company if you are to work in the Logistics

The good thingsGood pay. That is the only thing.

The challengesVery stressful. Not good work environment if you are working in the warehouse. Very outdated system. Most need to be in Excel. Need daily stock take in the morning before production starts. Extremely stressful environment. One man is doing about 2 or 3 person job. Taking long annual leave for vacation? DREAM ON. Its hard for you to take 1 day leave either. You will never be able to take long leave. Why? Because you are alone managing your work and oversee the contractors. If you are on leave, the only person to cover is your manager. WORK LIFE BALANCE EXTREMELY FAIL. STRESS LEVEL HIGH
