Low Stress, Low Support, Low Salary,

The good things- Takes care of the employees by regularly organising team-bonding events like movie screenings, activity-based workshops and company sponsored dinner - Good work life balance. Rarely any OT

The challenges- Salary offered are quite low - Very little support or guidance given to people who just joined
