    The good thingsHave a good manager.
    The challengesNothing enjoy there. Some colleague will push the blames when having problems and during the interview the hr ask alot of question and colleagues are not friendly over there.

    The good thingsYou see the bright and dark side of public. Able to do site visit and an eye opener to different kind of home. Helping the people in needs is the most wonderful and satisfaction in achievement.
    The challengesThe public demand can be quite overwhelming and the lack of support from management/ superior. Under branches, require lot of meet the people session. The work life balance may not apply to all individual.
