My years at Maxwell Chambers have been fulfilling, this company has seen me grow on a professional scale and I have been fortunate to be blessed with great team to work with.
The good thingsThe job provides personal stability. The company now has a team that focuses on the staff's treats; such as providing a rec room with snacks, quarterly team bonding activities, etc.
The challengesAs a small company, it may be hard for career progression.

    Great workplace, good colleagues.
The good thingsGood colleagues and supportive boss. Things are progressing well here.
The challengesOf course, there will be bad apples in the basket. But overall, its is not the worst company to be in. An improvement in the salary package and benefits could be one that needs to be explored as one key factor in retaining staffs.

    Poor management
The good thingsSmall company (around 20 pax), easy to manage or obtain approvals.
The challengesWorked to the bone, often requires to do overtime (depending on roles). Lines are drawn very clearly between different roles, however, most of the times it's a requirement to assist the operations team even though it may not be your job. Additional tasks not mentioned during the interview or job advertisements. Extremely high turnover rate.
