    overall ok, but big scope of improvement.
    The good thingsfriendly people, no one is in rush, laid-back casual attitude
    The challengesOffice / infrastructure : run down office premises, no dedicated pantry space, work related challenges: no processes or structured approach, micromanaged, judged for taking medical leave, snr mgmt. is immune to feedback, pay is lower as compared to market standards.
