1. No basic respect for all human being.
2. Long probation period deter new ppl from joining.
3. Top management lacks leadership and other aspects.
4. Working culture is the worst I have seen in my life.
5. Non existence training where they throw you into the big sea and expect you to float from there after showing you once the results.
In short, do not join this company at all cost.
Advice to top management: start leading and stop sleeping.
