    Challenging yet satisfying
    The good thingsFlexible working hours. There is a lot of freedom as long as you produce results. People here are never overburdened as bosses take their duties responsibly. It is good working as a low - mid tier staff, but the managerial level or higher are facing a lot of stress.
    The challengesCompany is under a rocky circumstances with many uncertainties. Bosses are trying hard to bring in jobs so that the company can be sustained financially. The company is currently under heaps of restructuring activity, so if you are a fair weather employee that only want to have a stable job. This place is not for you.
