    Good place to start in the food career
    The good thingsGood benefits, The pay was better than most FNB Management and if you have nice crew then you are in good hands. Working with good colleagues is a plus. Also very good career progression.
    The challengesThe Management expects so much from the store. OT it's free OT. I guess stop stressing us so much with the KPIs. Expect to sleep the whole day on your off as you tend to get both Physically and Mentally tired.

    The good thingsThe crews are nice and it feels like a family working in McDonalds. There's a daily routine but you'd be meeting new pople everyday and learning new things. It's also easy to build a rapport with the customers, thus enhancing your experience working in McDonalds.
    The challengesI wouldn't say that there's something in particular that I didn't enjoy since a little challenge along the way is what makes you learn, but it can be a handful since you have to multitask between a few stations.
