    Really a toxic environment to work in
    The good thingsThe only good thing is that it is near to the MRT. Nothing good about the company.
    The challengesMonotonous tasks given, boring environment, toxic office politics. Forgot my sense of purpose since working here. Little work life balance, expected to work OT, benefits are bad too.

    The good thingsAbsolutely nothing good. Beware of thr 5 stars reviews on every job portalsz as they are done internally.

Solutions that can be worked out as a team that is what i felt was a challenge for a team to go through as each department has limited time in a day to go over the projects on hand. Finding time is a challenge in every organization, but all it takes from one individual is having the willingness and determination to get the project done and having that accomplishment that feeling is priceless.
