    The good thingsA very good experience in learning more on retail payroll. Senior Manager is good willing to guide, share as long as you are fast learner. Whatever you don't know, it's better to ask.

    The challengesThe challenges on my role is to handle customer upfront, they could be nasty at times, but that really train up your patient and problem solving skill.
