    Poor leadership since new MD joined in 2019
    The good thingsUsed to be a good company to work in. Past employer did very well and provide good and strategic direction.Upright leaders and care for employees
    The challengesNew leaders is short sighted and do not understand how to run the business. Capable of doing the talk but not walk the walk. Many speeches but no actions. Direction and plan was detrimental. in short, dont join the company.
