    The good thingsYour pay won't be punctual but won't longer than 2 weeks so be patient.
    The challengesThe SOP is creative(no rules exist), nothing is documented. You are expected to be better than google, cos everything is on google, why can't you find a better solution when the one you are using doesn't work.
