    The challenges- Persistent excessive workload and regular overtime hours beyond reasonable expectations. - Team is significantly overloaded, managers do not care about work-life balance - Presence of a blame-driven culture - Instances of unprofessional and verbally inappropriate communication from the CFO (potential breaches of MOM regulations that warrant attention)

    Great mentorship and exposure provided by management
    The good thingsA great working environment for people who are ready to work in a dynamic industry. Colleagues are friendly and are people who are you can depends on. Regional management is very thoughtful and are always going the extra mile to provide the best for their employees. The welfare benefit as provided by the General Manager in Co-Act team is awesome. It's definitely a great place to work.
    The challengesDynamic Industry to work in, where the liner industry is full of uncertainties, the same across other players. Will be good to have more cohesion activities for different department colleagues to interact and know what each other are doing.

    The good thingsIt's the colleagues that make the environtment a joy to work in.
    The challengesThey should provide more training opportunity for staff. Staff has been transferred to different section of the same department due to resignations. The frequent transfer can be taxing for staff and lower the motivation to continue working in the company.
