    Toxic work culture. A high turnover rate.
    The good things5 days works week. Provide work life balance.
    The challengesCompany environment dominated by practices, policies and management styles that perpetuate unhealthy habits and conflicts among team members. Poor & dominance leadership, where behaviors such as yelling & shouting are the normal.

    The good thingsCan learn new specialised skills. Have a job while looking for right job to come along.
    The challengesThe company is still undergoing tough times because of offshore and oil and gas market bad. Top bosses get a bit personal with personal connections and favours. Not performance based, but personal based. If you get favor, you're good. If not, can be tough.

    The good thingsIf you are lucky, you will get training opportunities for some skills that is considered not common in the market.
    The challengesCarried out certain assignments that is non related to previous experiences and without any supports from seniors.
