    The good thingsHonestly, the only good thing about this company are the friends that I gained. That and nothing else.
    The challengesA LOT NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED IN THIS COMPANY. If only I'm not desperate for a job, I should have not signed with this company. From the recruitment process (where they make you wait for 3 hours minimum for a 15-minute job interview AND they don't even provide a decent table and chair for when you're taking the entrance test!!) up until you're working already (worst experience ever!!). NEVER AGAIN!
