Quality is more potetial than quantity
The good thingsOur Employer Have good name in the industry and they want to support all sector from our office so they open many department, I think this is not wise thinking because can not survivable. That's reason the management could not control and mange works accordingly. As a result they can not hire good people and going down the quality and name.
The challengesThe most challenges will be keep running the company with the existing policy, Management Could not able to keep good and experience staff so it will be the challenge to produce quality works and keeping commitment to the clients
