    No communication among the company
    The good thingsnothing that i can think of, other than the nice colleague i worked with
    The challengesno communications at all, unorganized boss delegating work all over the place to the wrong person. no performance review for 2.5 yrs despite asking for one, probably so they wont have to review salary
