    Nightmare working in Memiontec Pre Ltd
    The good thingsNothing good about this company. 50percent labour turnover. Most of employees resign within short period of time. Some employees only work for less than 3mths. There are employee work for 2 weeks and cannot take it and left. U can imagine the work environment there.
    The challengesVery challenging. The worst management in my entire career. Totally no leadership and management quality.

    The challengeslack of manpower, lack of top management support, micro management, 12 hours work, multi tasking, every weekend need to work, continue work for 1 month with no rest day, need to travel to project site with own cost (no allowance given by company)
