    Memorable experience
    The good thingsStaff welfare overall taken care of, fun working environment, good colleagues. The supervisor I worked with was very easy to work with.
    The challengesToo much work given to the centre supervisor, especially on administrative duties. Would be better if they would hire someone to do that. Also, to increase price of food per kid, and to ensure healthy meals are served, not unhealthy ones e.g. Crabmeat.

    The good thingsIt allows staff to grow and learn. Taking on opportunities to discover ones capabilities in the job. Able to grow and develop within time.

    An enlightening and interesting exposure to student care sector.
    The good thingsHaving to nurture and shape students' characters and behavior on a daily basis. Getting the students the ability to cultivate and enhance their social skills among one another. Students are exposed to different types of scenarios that challenges their social skill and emotional ability. Student care teachers play a role in nurturing and shaping the good as well as the bad habits that they exhibit.
    The challengesHomework supervision is an excellent program that the company operates but the extra curriculum activities might be a little overwhelming to the kids as they get tired from the whole day in school. The lack of outdoor activities might be a problem as students are found to be more active hence the need for outdoor is important on a daily basis.

    The good thingsLove working here because all of the staffs are friendly and fun to work with also they're very proffesional at handling in every situations.
    The challengesEventho i'm just a contract staff, would love to join in every activities would be great!But, nonetheless still love working here but sadly my contract ended!
