    The challengesThe patient all of them senior citizens and most of them got dementia.. Change diapers.

    The good thingsFlexible working arrangements, if needed, can be discussed. They are generally more accepting of part time arrangements. There are many different departments/settings for you to explore.
    The challengesManagement is extremely poor, even after multiple have provided feedback, nothing has been done. Many empty promises were made.

    role title: Housekeeper. But my job scope is as Welfare Assistant. The salary rate I am receiving is as Housekeeper and not as Welfare Assistant.

    working in this Institution is a Great Experience as a Nurse, taking Good care of those Elderly People in Singapore
    The good thingsI enjoyed taking care of those elderly patient, to care to love and love them like a family, Its a big Impact also having them work for them is a Great and an honor.its a noble job taking care of them even hard but its a great challenge for me.
    The challengesThe challenges is some of them cant communicate in english language and you need to explore and learn about thier language like chinese and malay its a big challenge for me but i can handle it im learning and enjoying.
