    Disappointing and frustrating experience working under Manager
    The good thingsThe children and families.
    The challengesA toxic work environment filled with favouritism, office politics, and clear bias. No real experience or background in teaching or working directly with children with special needs. Appears friendly on the outside only. Shift blame make it an unhealthy and demoralizing environment. Does not value staff. Look for faults.
