    Easygoing work environment
The good thingsThe work environment I was assigned to was very easygoing and flexible, and I was surrounded by like-minded engineers who worked hard to finish the tasks. Work was generally doable. But by surrounding yourself with colleagues whom you can treat them as good friends even outside work, they can keep you very motivated in doing your job as diligently as possible.
The challengesSalaries were constantly delayed, and even if it wasn't, there were often discrepancies. The HR team was often uncontactable, and they had the tendency to never send your pay slips until you push them hard.

The challenges- Lack of management - Lack of communication between the management and its employees. Always hast to contact the other and goes around in circles - Do not pay employees well - Does not distribute employees well - The business services are all over the place

    Underpaid job
The good thingsWork very well with my accounts team, and also my manger. Teamwork between us is very good.
The challengesHowever, management did not look into the welfare of employees. They do not open themselves to advise, in fact insisted their way. Causing a lot of good workers to leave company. Biggest problem we faced was the lack of manpower. Everyone is doing at least 2-3 manpower's job, overloading of workloads is the main problem that causes everyone to leave.

    Why I love my job
The good thingsWhat I love here is because my interest has got to do with IT and I get to travel many different schools in Singapore. I worked with this company for around 3 months before heading back to school to further my studies. I don't mind working for them again during my vacation or when I finish studying. I don't feel stress and I am happy working with them as it is not easy to find a job that suits you
The challengesDistance is the challenge I face everyday. As there are many schools in Singapore, I get to travel many places. Sometimes is not easy to locate it and I may have to get up much earlier than usual. But now I don't mind the distance as long as I love my job.
