Easygoing work environmentThe good thingsThe work environment I was assigned to was very easygoing and flexible, and I was surrounded by like-minded engineers who worked hard to finish the tasks. Work was generally doable. But by surrounding yourself with colleagues whom you can treat them as good friends even outside work, they can keep you very motivated in doing your job as diligently as possible.
The challengesSalaries were constantly delayed, and even if it wasn't, there were often discrepancies. The HR team was often uncontactable, and they had the tendency to never send your pay slips until you push them hard.
