    The satisfactory when you completed all task.
    The good thingsTheres always work to do so time passes by quickly. Work load is high but can be enjoyable if theres colleagues to work with.
    The challengesHigh work load such as PM, conversion and machine downtime. Always low manpower which can be improve on by hiring more head count

    DO NOT JOIN MFG ENGR on the plant at central area.
    The good thingsNone except that it feeds you with salary.
    The challengesConstantly they expect you to be 24/7 ready. The management is unprofessional and often speak with forked tongue.

    Micron is a very very nice company but the department I joined was one of the worst(**V) V=Validation
    The good thingsMicron is really a very nice workplace, also have many benefits. Many other departments are work-life balance. High pay. Appreciate and thanks Micron
    The challengesMuch stress by a senior manager, always over-time(before he suggests OT change to off-in-lieu), too many unnecessary tasks just want show visibility to upper management, less work-life balance, working even when at home. So this calls work-life integration. Before want to join the department find the review for the department or ask any friends there 1st.

    The good thingsDo :running lots timely .good teamwork, more overtime. Don't : no rental allowance, Study not sponsor.
    The challengesmachine distance to far, if same machine arrange together face to face will be better than one role.
