    The challengesManagement is horrible. Don't have specific job scope at all. They expect you to work on your off days or even on MC. Seniors there work according to their mood. Turnover rate is super high. More than 10 gone within half a year. Don't waste your time here.

    The challengesDon’t expect your senior and your manager will guide and teach you, they will only throw u something and ask you study AS U ALL not fresh graduate! They will tell you that company is expanding but the fact is turnover extremely high. Half yearly gone with more than ten. Don’t waste your time and pls skip this company.

    The challengesCompany is expanding and they need more manpower, and they are never told you during interview that you need to help out the production to do assembly which is out of your job scope. Colleagues are okay, but your senior a bit tough and when she is busy or not in good mood, don't ask or disturb her.
