    The good thingsThe company caters its employees as family. As an established brand, I never expected to be part of this company because the way I see it, I could not be at this level of my career right now. Truly anyone can dream and achieve the things they thought they would never until they tried. The company is not perfect but it could be perfect when you give your best and have the best it could offer.
    The challengesThe work itself challenged me, It challenged me to step out of the way and do beyond what my work requires. I have to spend most of my time to the company and even offer extra effort without compensation just to fulfill the duties it demands. And, I do this because the company gives mey career worth and the experience itself is enough.

    The good thingsThe team work is good, colleague work well along. Good company benefits, example; annual leave, medical leave, dental fee and child care leave. Company had recreation club to have team building. 3-4 year company will change the hardware to maintenance the speed of the workload. Yearly software training/upgrade provided.
    The challengesCommunication with other team/department is not easy as having a same goal but difference way of express may lead misunderstanding issue and delay the work result. Year budget need to be transparent so the employee will understand how to plan well and work hard to speed up the result.
