    The good things- Good company policies - 7 hours minimum daily working hours - work from home flexibilty 6 days a month ( but depends on the project you are working on )
    The challenges- Negligible financial growth for lateral employees

    The challengesSometime feels like very limited opportunities and high competition to outgrow. Overseas opportunities are comparatively less.
