    The good thingsGenerally good stepping stone for interns and fresh grads. You can learn firefighting skills, develop patience, resilience and endurance. And learn how to work with unorganized and complicated work flow.
    The challengesMessy reporting framework. Constantly micromanaged to the T. Too much work. Expected to work around the clock e.g after working hours and on weekends. Chances of promotion close to zero. Emphasis on teamwork but lacking support.
