    The good thingsAustralia-style management. Good work-life balance. Good culture. Diverse workforce. Employer understand that the people are key and prioritize physical and mental well-being of employees.
    The challengesBenefits package slightly lacking as mostly follow Australia-style management & belief. Lack of recognition / rewards to long service employees.

    Great place to work for independent people who can take responsibilities
    The good thingsBosses actually appreciate your need of work life balance, so in exchange, you have to be able to prioritise work. Diverse staff backgrounds give you many angle of issues or opportunities seen from different angles.
    The challengesNo micromanager, in exchange, you have to be a self starter and able to initiate the start of tasks without being told step by step. You need to communicate, not wait for memo and instructions.
