    The good things21 days ++ Annual Leave, Promotion opportunity is huge!
    The challengesWork like a external audit firm like need to fill in timesheet and request document from client type. Is not Commercial type of IA.

    Good for those who don't seek much career advancement
    The good thingsMedical benefits are not bad because it is a healthcare industry.
    The challengesQuota for promotion is very small i.e. 10% of the total staff in a division. As for the division that I worked in, there are less than 20 staff, which means your chance to get promoted is 1/10 each year. So you have to wait very very long for your turn.

    The good thingsPretty much a lot of freedom and flexibility and a lot of opportunities to learn new things.
    The challengesMost of the functions are headed by foreigners and opportunities for growth in the company tends to be quite restricted.

    Life in MOHH
    The good thingsGood avenue for exposure in healthcare sector due to it's large clientele. Stability as healthcare is a growing industry.
    The challengesThe original intention of the company is for synergy. However, difficulties faced in standardizing workflow and practices across the different healthcare clusters as each clusters has their own management style and expectations .
