    Good environment
    The good thingsGreat work life balance with friendly colleagues. Perfect fit for fresh graduates. Company looks after staff and no retrenchment even in bad times.
    The challengesLack of progression & promotion. But suitable for those who seek desk bound job solely and just seeing to a 9 to 5, Mon to Fri job.

    One of the best companies to work at
    The good things1) HR and management staff are excellent 2) Good work-life balance 3) Great starting platform for those new to maritime 4) Friendly and jovial working environment
    The challengesEvery company there are challenges, however in MOL, everyone strives to work as a team to complete the tasks.
