The good thingsindependent, decision making as this is solely on startup
The challengesit a start up establish in 2017 but have physical office based in Jurong in May 2019, Management handled by one person who doesn't have company clear direction in term of sales and marketing, total reliable on profits from SME and remittances services, always have one thing on going, for very occasion, company is not making money, eventually management is not willing to expand into marketing and sales, young entrepreneur with too many commitment, rely on existing customer and investor to inject fund rather than grow the business.
