Good clients and central location, but old-fashioned culture with fewer perks.
The good thingsLess paperwork than Big 4, exposure to prestigious clients, reasonable management, and centrally located office.
The challengesCulture feels a bit dated and perks are limited — no year-end office shutdown and benefits less competitive.

    Challenging and busy
The good thingsPlenty of opportunities to learn, with decent training provided in the form of structured training programmes, but mostly from colleagues.
The challengesDifficulty in the jobscope as each client is different so what was learnt previously may not be applicable. One particular partner is also very demanding and difficult to work with.

    Salary way lower than market
The good thingsNothing really good here.
The challengesAs an ACCA graduate, salary was about $500 lower than average local university graduates, 90% of OT not claimable, ridiculous budgets that were out-of-the-world unrealistic.
