    The good thingsRBS is a place to see where the technology meets people. If you wish to Learn,then there are always many thing to learn at your own pace.Work life balance is beautiful at RBS
    The challengesThe complex HYBRID structure will be your first challenge to understand. Getting aligned with the Roles and Responsibilities is bit challenging as well.

    Unstable, negative outlook
    The good thingsGood overall package, leave allowance, some nice benefits, social and training opportunities. Friendly colleagues if you end up in the right team. SG office is well located and very comfortable.
    The challengesNo pensions, no bonus. Difficult to progress, so ensure your starting salary is good. Chaotic project management and a genuine risk of redundancy throughout APAC. Definitely a high stress environment at most times.
