An OK ExperienceThe good thingsThe people in the store that i work in are nice and they are all willing to help. Anything that i am not sure, i am not afraid to approach them for help.
The challengesThey have a rule that part timer need to go collect stock from other stores. For example if the store does not have this particular design shirt sizes, they will request a transfer from another stores that have the sizes. After that, part timer will need to go to that store to collect and bring it back. Most of the time is when customer request for sizes and the store does not have it. Sometime you will have to go different/same stores to collect 3 or 4 times a day just to collect some shirts or shoes. This result you most of the time not in the store. You will feel that you are working as a delivery job scope rather than a part time retail associate job. I feel that transfer can be done on the stock day when the stock delivery team comes with the new stock. The store can pass or receive the transferred items to/from the stock delivery team since the delivery team travel to other stores to do delivery.
