bad, management in delusion. Inability to recognise the problem and give proper resolution. Instead, blame those who decided to leave the company.
The good thingsfree shuttle bus service and staff canteen with good selection of food choices.
The challengesTerrible experience, colleagues unwilling to make constructive communication. Backwards mentality and unreceptive to younger generations' perspective.

The working environment is friendly and colleagues are helpful.
The good thingsThe good thing about working in Mount Alvernia Hospital Business Office is that you will get enough time to be trained and allow past working experience to share on the job.
The challengesThe challenges of this job are staff resigning due to increase workload and the mid level management staff will need to do more to help the staff. However, it has become a norm after awhile and it now affected the mid level management team to work very hard due to pressure from the top management looking for KPI and staff are not putting additional effort to clear the work.

The good things1. What did you enjoy working here? I like working and interacting with people. I feel respected and values for my work as a phlebotomists. I firmly believe in taking a collaborative approach to every project/ cases. I would love to join your innovative team, continue to create great work, and grow within the company by learning new skills.
The challenges2. The challenges working for the company. To be able to remain professional when working with patients. To be understanding and be sympathetic to the patients so as to ensure a conducive environment. I also foresee the ability of Fitting ij with the staffs due to my current age. Hence, Figuring out how to be part of a new work culture can at times be frustrating.
