    Zero Work Life Balance + no trust from superior and micromanage
    The good thingsUnlimited cable car rides and free parking
    The challengesSuperior micro manage almost every single issue, even sending out email and invites to fellow colleagues. Totally no work life balance.

    Simple job that you can enjoy when you feel moody
    The good thingsAll teams here are friendly, well teamwork shown. HR, Bosses are very detailed and they are respectful. Trained us when needed and a lot of happy virus around with laughs and greetings.
    The challengesYou have to handle some guest who are complaining about vaccination status or issue on boarding in with fixed capacity (paxs)

    The good thingsIt was always fun going to work, due to the environment that is created. Of course just like any other work environment it comes with the expected work stress but this is one of the things that actually makes it meaningful and keeps you on your toes.
    The challengesThe one challenge would be handling people if different needs, but this sets those who can manage these a part from the rest. The whole idea is to take the given platform and create a positive and happy experience for the guest.
