    The challengesChallenges working in the company depends from project to project and client to client very flexible working hours, work from home facility is available During my service, I used to do oncall (weekends and off business hours for client ) employee has to be available if there is any issue oncall should handle if he is not available escalation happens apart from that Mphasis is very nice
