Great workplace for almost 8 years now!The good thingsI am only 17min. away from my home, it is really a good thing to work in the company that I am in for almost 8 years now. Employees come and go but not sure whether on their next company they will get what they really want. For me, as long as I enjoy in my working environment, I am willing to stay and improve myself in the field I have chosen because change is the only consistent in this world.
The challengesIncrease in salary. It is one of the strategy of an employee to change company at least every year to demand a higher pay which I have not done yet. This is really a challenge for me because every year expenses becomes higher including house rental, food allowance and transportation. But I have also build my family and found a family here in my current company and that is what matters to me :) .
