    The good thingsSome colleagues are nice and helpful depending on which team or department you worked in.
    The challengesHierarchical based with lots of red tapes. Rigid and inflexible arrangement of work. Used in-house system(s) which skill-sets are non-transferable. Lots of paper works and filing.

    The good thingsThere is a work life balance. There are stressful times due to deadlines including stock inventory, accounting and customer service however I get to enjoy the conferences, meetings, and gatherings with different people with different levels. The company is also giving their employees a chance to mingle with co-employees in different places around the Philippines by preparing parties and etc.
    The challengesLack of Manning is one of the most difficult task I have experienced in my past employment. Being in the top management it is hard to perform all the duties and tasks simultaneously if there is insufficient manpower. However, I do a lot of efforts to hire and/or borrow people to fill in our duties everyday.

    The good thingsI enjoyed the training they provided me which is in Singapore. I loved working with warm and friendly people. They have provide high annual salary increase compared to other companies. My superiors are very supportive of my career and have provided me adequate training to fulfill my role. The Japanese executives provided a good example of hardwork and perseverance to us Filipino employees.
