    The good thingsJobscope wise, it doable and not stressful. Environment wise is good and happy. If u need any help, you can ask the people around with ease they know what and where to help you understand or get the items needed. Other than that. Peaceful and blissful jobscope and environment.
    The challengesBeing able to cope with late payments, being able to cope with last minute scheduling for work and last minute call ups to cover some nurses or take care of last minute cases. Other than that, its good.
